Not so very long ago, yours truly (Heritage Beam and Board) had the honor of being featured in At The Lake, a glossy publication serving the Lake Geneva area. Our team took a quick time out from the hard work of custom crafting old growth barn wood to introduce the nice magazine folks to our little shop of fun. These are some of the pics that didn't make it in the article, and we thought we'd share them here.
It's not often our shop team and office team pow-wow, so we lean towards the slap-happy when we do. Goofing in the showroom from left to right: Brock (design), Joe, (carpenter), Seth (laying down, owner), Dan (lead carpenter), Chris (finisher), Emily (owner), Angie (office manager), Kalen (materials management). We're missing a few team members (Ben and Stef and Heather where are you??) but you get the idea.
When we're not in the shop, we're on an install laying down floors or putting up beams. Really, it could be anything, as long as it's antique materials. If we can get them, we'll get them to you.
If you can't seem to find us at Heritage, we might be at Heritage North, our newest land acquisition with so much storage and work space... and a running toilet!! It's exactly a mile north of our original digs as the crow flies, but we usually take the truck.
If we're not at Heritage North or on an install, we're probably at the office. That's where the meetings happen, the design happens, the happenings happen.
Thanks to At The Lake Magazine for good times in the middle of a Wisconsin Winter!
